Description of touch points:
The charger has 4 touch points, including mode selection point (MODE), channel 1-2 query point (1-2), channel 3-4 query point (3-4), and current size selection point (Current). These 4 touch points also have the function of lighting up the LCD backlight, making it simple and convenient to use;
1. Mode touch point: mode selection; Including CHARGE charging mode, DISCHARGE discharge mode, TEST capacity detection mode, STORAGE battery storage mode;
Normally, pressing and holding the MODE touch point can switch between these four modes: first, lightly press the 1-2 or 3-4 touch points to select the channel, then press and hold the MODE button to change the original mode, lightly press the MODE button to select the desired mode, and press the Current touch point to change the current level. After selection, there is no action for 8 seconds to enter the working state, which is easy to operate;
2. 1-2 touch points: corresponding to the situation of the first and second channels; Continuous touch can take turns selecting and viewing data from the first and second channels;
3. 3-4 touch points: corresponding to the situation of the 3rd and 4th channels; Continuous touch can take turns selecting and viewing data from the 3rd and 4th channels;
4. Current touch point: current selection; Four levels in total: 300mA/500mA/700mA/1000mA; Long touch this point to control the LCD screen to display frequently;
The charger can change independent charging or different current selection according to the corresponding touch point function, as well as mixed charging of different batteries, making the operation simple; In working mode, you can lightly press the touch points (1-2, 3-4) to view the corresponding channel current (mA)/capacity (mAh)/voltage (V)/time (h) and other data reference values.
Mode operation instructions:
When the charger is powered on, the LCD screen of the charger instantly lights up and enters Ready mode. If the battery is not inserted, it will display "null". If the battery is damaged or reversed, it will display "Err" and corresponding channels. If the battery is fully charged or the work is completed, it will display End and corresponding parameters;
1.CHARGE (charging mode):
1. Connect the charger to the power supply and insert it into the battery. The system automatically enters charging mode (CHARGE), and the charger automatically defaults to charging current of 500mA. Within 8 seconds, you can select a current of 300mA/500mA/700mA/1000mA through the current touch point (CURRENT) for charging, and the system will not take any action
After 8 seconds, the selected current will be locked for charging, and the current and other functions will be locked. If you need to change it, you can press and hold "MODE" to reselect;
2. In charging mode (CHARGE), while the "CHARGE" screen indicator is still flashing, lightly press the 1-2 and 3-4 touch points to select the battery channel, and press the Current touch point to select the current size. After selection, there is no action for 8 seconds to enter the working state. It is recommended to select the appropriate charging current to charge;
In the 3 charging mode, by lightly pressing the touch points 1-2 and 3-4, you can view parameters such as charging power (mAh), charging time (h), charging current (mA), and battery voltage (V) for each channel. After the battery is fully charged, End and corresponding parameters will be displayed, indicating the end of charging;
(Note: When using 700mA or 1000mA current for charging, only two channels can be used for charging, and only 3.7V lithium-ion batteries are available. If there are more than two channels, the system will automatically reduce the 700mA or 1000mA charging current to 500mA current for charging.)
2. DISCHARGE:
After the charger is connected to the power and inserted into the battery, lightly touch the (MODE) contact to select (DISCHARGE discharge mode) within 8 seconds, and then touch the current contact to select the desired current (250mA or 500mA). If there is no action, the system will lock the mode you have selected for operation after 8 seconds; If there is no current selection, the system automatically defaults to a discharge current of 500mA, and the system will record the data during discharge to detect the battery discharge capacity.
Refer to the table below for the discharge process:
Enter DISCHARGE to select discharge current, battery discharge END
3. TEST (Capacity Detection Mode):
The TEST mode is to first fully charge the battery, then discharge the battery and record the discharge level and other parameters, and then automatically charge the battery and record the charging level and other parameters. After stopping charging, the screen displays the discharge level, charging level and other parameters and displays them in turn; The detailed steps are shown in the following figure:
Enter-TEST - Selected Current Charging - Battery Charging - Battery Discharge - Recharging END
1. In any state, long press the MODE contact, and then short press to select the working mode to enter the TEST mode;
After entering the TEST mode, within 8 seconds, you can select a current of 300mA/500mA/700mA/1000mA through the touch point (Current). The system will lock the current you have selected after 8 seconds. If no setting is made within these 8 seconds, the system will automatically charge at the default current of 500mA;
3. The system first charges the battery, and the system will not record the amount of electricity charged. After being fully charged, the system will automatically switch to discharge. The discharge current can be either 250mA or 500mA depending on the charging current. At this time, the system will record the discharge capacity and corresponding parameters;
4. After the battery is discharged, the system automatically switches to charging and charges the battery again with the previously selected current parameters. At this time, the system will record the charging capacity data and its corresponding parameters, and the End indicator will flash until it is fully charged. Finally, the system displays End and its corresponding parameters to stop charging; The entire work is completed;
After the entire test process is completed, the LCD screen will rotate between the parameters obtained during the discharge and charging stages for reference;
When using 700mA or 1000mA current for charging, only two channels can be used for charging at most. If there are more than two channels, the system will automatically reduce the 700mA or 1000mA charging current to 500mA current for charging;
In Test mode, when charging with a current of 500mA/700mA/1000mA, the discharge current during the discharge process is uniformly 500mA, while for charging with a current of 300mA, the discharge current is 250mA.
4.STORAGE (battery storage mode):
STORAGE mode stores lithium-ion batteries at a voltage of 3.7v;
1. In any state, long press the MODE contact, and then short press the selection mode to enter the STORAGE mode;
2. Only 3.7v lithium batteries have STORAGE function, while nickel hydrogen batteries do not;
In STORAGE mode, lithium batteries above 3.7v will discharge until the battery voltage reaches 3.7v; Lithium batteries below 3.7V will charge until the battery voltage reaches 3.7V; The entire process system is automatically detected and monitored.
USB 5V output:
USB is only used as a 5V mobile output, with a nominal output current of 1000mA;
The high voltage lithium battery must be connected to channel 4 for USB output to be effective, and at this time, the 5V electronic product can be powered.
